This easy four-ingredient appetizer is perfect for your spooky get-together! Kid-friendly, easy to make, and within a small budget!
Ingredients
Refrigerated pizza dough
Mozzarella cheese sticks
Whole salted almonds
Parmesan cheese
Marinara sauce
Roll pizza dough out and cut into 2” wide strips. Enough to come together to fit around your cheese stick. Brush a liberal amount of marinara sauce on the top side. Place cheese stick in the middle of each dough strip and bring the dough together to form a finger. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure and spray some Pam on your parchment paper to prevent your dough from sticking. Press an almond at the end so as to look like a fingernail. Spray each finger with a little more Pam and cut three small lines in the middle to look like knuckles. Sprinkle each one with some fresh Parmesan cheese. Bake as directed until golden brown. Serve with a side of marinara “blood” for dipping.
