Halloween Menu Template | Create Your Own In Canva

Writer's picture: Jasmine ThompsonJasmine Thompson

Let's check out these awesome Halloween menu templates I created just for you! These are perfect to print out or send digitally to your friends and family! I made these easily in Canva using simple spooky elements and excellent typography.

I started with this template I created by adding a black rectangle and placing my menu title on top making the font the same color I chose for the background.

Next, I picked a layout and added my menu items listing appetizers, main dishes, and beverages. This design brings attention to the name of each dish and provides a short description of the food items.

Finally, I finished it off with some spooky flying bat clipart and a tree branch shadow overlay to provide some depth.

It's perfect for Adam's Family or Beetlejuice-inspired Halloween menu!

This next menu theme was easy and simple. I duplicated the menu template above and changed the colors and accent icons.

This time I am using jack-o-lanterns and naming this menu after the Headless Horseman. It's perfect for any spooky-themed Halloween party.

Keep this simple technique in mind when creating your own digital content using Canva.

Replace this with your own spooky menu! You can download both of these templates for free, here!

You guessed it! I duplicated this menu again! (I just love this layout)

This time I removed the accent icons and added the spooky graveyard silhouette to give the title of this menu grab its own element.

This is another perfect template for any transitional spooky Halloween party.

You can even add more accents to this menu, such as bats, spiderwebs, and ghost icons!

We love using Canva because it's so user-friendly! Find your favorite elements with a simple search.

Moving on, I changed the title elements to include a spookier Halloween theme font and added a girl wearing a witches hat as the background.

This menu would be perfect for sending out as a digital invite because of the dark background; printing may cause a headache. But if you plan on going digital when planning your party, these menus are perfect for you!

If you're going digital, give it something even better! Replace the background image with a spooky dark video. This will give your audience a reason to stay and read your menu.

Like I said above, duplicate your menus and play around with styles! You may end up creating multiple different pieces.

That way you can share your content with others! Another reason why Canva is so awesome! With just a link, you have access to all the menus in this blog!

That means you can also send your invites with a link instead of the photo itself. (Don't deal with the "I didn't get your picture" excuse)

Replace this with your own spooky menu! You can download both of these templates for free, here!

Imagine how cool it would be opening a link to an invite like this one, but the hands were actually moving! I am sure there is a video in Canva to create that spooky effect!

I may actually be interested in going to that party! (;
